Use the Software on more accounts or devices than licensed
Use the Software for any unlawful, unauthorized, or malicious purpose

3. Account and Licensing Validation

Access to the Software is subject to verification against our licensing database. You must provide a valid trading account number to activate your subscription. Use of the Software on unauthorized accounts may result in immediate license revocation.

4. Updates and Support

Your annual subscription includes access to updates and technical support. We reserve the right to change or discontinue updates at any time. Support is provided via email or our official support channels.

5. Payments and Renewals

Software is offered as an annual subscription. Your subscription will not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change. Promotional pricing does not guarantee future discount renewals.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Software, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee profitability, performance, or uptime. Use of the Software is at your own risk. Past trading results do not guarantee future outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
