Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 20th May 2025

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the affiliate program ("Program") operated by Strategic Trading International Pty Ltd, ACN: 661 869 370 ("we," "our," or "us"), the developer and owner of My Guardian Software. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

To join our Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate contact and payment information
Operate a legitimate platform for promoting our software (e.g., website, blog, social media, email list)

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Approved affiliates will receive access to a custom referral link generated by our tracking partner (Goaffpro). You may use this link in your marketing content to refer users to www.myguardiansoftware.com. Tracking cookies typically last 30 days, but may vary depending on browser settings.

3. Commissions and Payments

Commission rates and payout structures are defined in your Goaffpro affiliate dashboard.
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your referral link.
Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, subject to reaching the minimum threshold of AUD $100.
You are responsible for any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

Misrepresent the product, its performance, or make false income claims
Use spam, misleading ads, or deceptive practices
Bid on our branded terms in paid search ads (e.g., "My Guardian Software")
Engage in unethical or illegal marketing
Use self-referral tactics (earning commission on your own purchases)

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must:

Use only approved brand assets and product descriptions
Avoid altering our logos or trademarks
Represent My Guardian Software in a professional and ethical manner

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any behavior we deem detrimental to our brand.

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding earnings. We are not responsible for loss of referral income due to tracking failures, system outages, or other technical issues beyond our control.

8. Changes to the Program

We may update these Terms or modify or cancel the Program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
